How does it work?

Call Forwarding redirects calls intended for your mobile phone to another number, such as your home or office.

To Activate:

1. Dial *72# from your cell phone.
2. Enter the number that you would like your calls forwarded to. Dial 11 digits (1 + area code + number).
3. Press SEND or the phone icon.
4. If the feature has been activated, you’ll hear a tone.

To Deactivate:

• Dial *720 from your cell phone.
• Press SEND or the phone icon.
• If the feature has been deactivated, you’ll hear a tone.

Good to Know

• You can still make outgoing calls when Call Forwarding is turned on.
• Save airtime on most plans by forwarding your calls to where you are.
• If you forward your calls to a long distance number, you will be billed the applicable long distance charges.
• If you forward your calls to another cell phone, airtime charges will be billed to that phone’s account.
